BASE Beauty is a specialist beauty salon based in Horsforth, Leeds.
BASE Beauty was founded by Victoria who has been a beauty therapist for over 20 years and a nail technician for 18 years.
Victoria has trained with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry, including Elemis, Dermalogica, Nimue, Nouveau, Opi, NSI and CND.
With a vast amount of experience and a lifelong passion for beauty,
Victoria loves making people feel good.
Her dream of opening a salon and creating the perfect luxury environment for relaxation in Horsforth, has finally come true.
BASE Beauty is a reflection of Victoria's knowledge, passion for beauty therapy and care for her clients.
mEET THE TEAM
Victoria
I am Victoria/Tori the owner of @basebeautyleeds. I started my career in beauty at 16 when I left school to go to beauty college in 1997!! Yes I am that old!!
I completed my level 2 in 1999 and went on to do a nail course with NSI, I worked for myself and in salons specialising in nails for a number of years then decided I wanted to add to my skill set.
I went on to complete my level 3 in beauty and did some additional courses in lash lift and lash extensions with nouveau lashes. I worked and trained with some of the best brands in the industry such as Elemis, Dermalogica, Nouveau, Nimue, HD Brows, etc.
Emily
London trained, Emily @EmilyLouhair started her career in the hair industry nearly 15 years ago. With experience that ranges from managing a busy salon with over 30 stylists, designing and teaching Education courses for some of the hair Industries biggest brands and working back stage with leading designers such as Versace, Fendi and Guo Pei at fashion week in Milan, Paris and NYC. Emily is proud to say that she can offer her clients the very best in knowledge and experience!
Her current role focuses on leading the Great Length extensions certification course which is used globally as well as working on their creative education and seasonal campaigns! Emily will be offering a wide range of hair services including all methods of hair extensions, including tapes. She’s also an Essex girl, so big curly blow drys (done properly) are her thing!!
Misty
Misty has 7 years experience as a level 3 beauty therapist and nail technician. She is also qualified in lash lift, classic lashes and is passionate about all things beauty. We are so pleased to have Misty on board and she is so excited to meet you all.
